This advanced youth leadership training is for Scouts BSA that are at least 13 years old, have earned 1st Class, and have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops. It's also open to Venturers and Sea Scouts that have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews or Ships.
